Description
Mobile Broadband Practice is one of 6 Engagement Practices in Ericsson RCNA (Region China and Northeast Asia). The team throughout the Region consists of Solution Architects and Consultants.
The team is responsible for developing and promoting customer-centric offerings in the Mobile Broadband practice area, comprising hardware, software and services, delivering growth faster than the market and increasing Ericsson's share-of-pocket.
Proactively drives customer dialogue on long-, medium-, and short-term topics to establish trust, build business partnership, and generate and qualify new leads.
Proactively seek out business opportunities in ongoing projects and customer engagements for continuous up-selling and repeat sales.
Work place will be distributed throughout Region (Tokyo, Beijing, HK, Taiwan, Seoul, and other locations if necessary, but the first work place is Tokyo). We will closely work with Customer Units and Sales Units to provide our engagement directly to customers.
Approach the customers (mainly operations) in consultative way and provide them end-to end solutions
Analyze customer network and business as a holistic view.
Work close with key customers to drive Ericsson influence, especially by analyzing their network and technical issues.
Forster the discussion with customers and Ericsson team (Mainly Sales Divisions) to come up with the best solution for customers and dive internal organizations to achieve targets in order to get primary trust from customers.
Drive up-selling in ongoing projects. Solution Architect may stay the engagement in end-to-end way in order to make sure our work is qualified.
Qualifications
Have engineer or project manager (of course, consultant is also available) background in Radio, Packet Core (3GPP), IPBB area.
Outstanding understanding on operator's business model and value chain.
Fluent Local Language and business level English
Excellent in analysis and communication skill for both with the team and towards customers including business presentations.
